Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days. If otherwise, it will be stated in the Shop section of the site.
Tracking numbers are emailed to the customer when the order ships. If you do not receive this, please contact The Lioness Oracle so that the mistake can be rectified.
Domestic Orders (United States)
All orders within the U.S. are shipped Priority Mail, which depending upon location, takes 1-3 days. USPS does not guarantee this, and neither does The Lioness Oracle. Lost or damaged items caused by USPS are not the responsibility of The Lioness Oracle. It is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS.
International Orders (Everywhere else in the world)
All orders are shipped USPS First Class International. The time it takes to receive the package depends upon location. Customers are responsible for tracking their package, and for all customs or handling fees upon arrival. Once the order is shipped, The Lioness Oracle is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays. Please note: Refunds will not be given for failure to claim package from customs!!! If order is returned to The Lioness Oracle, and the customer wishes for it to be resent, then the customer must pay the shipping fees, and for customs.
The Lioness Oracle will not offer a refund because a customer is unhappy with the artwork, production details/quality, use in Tarot readings, provides the wrong address, failure to claim package, or simply has a change of mind. In this case All Sales Are Final.
If there is a flaw with an order, such as a missing item in the order, or a damage within the order not caused by USPS, then contact The Lioness Oracle. Each situation will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
